Payment Options and Insurance Considerations

We accept most insurance plans, some are in network and some on an out of network basis.

To verify your insurance benefits with our services simply call our admissions line we will take care of that for you.

Many of our clients choose to use private pay options such as credit / debit card or wire / bank transfers.

Simply call our admissions team to get an estimate of length of stay based on your needs, and the cost.

When you use the private pay options you may qualify for a discount if you bundle premium options such as NAD therapy addons, or enroll in one of our IOP programs.

What To Bring

Identification
A valid, physical form of photo identification. This will be used to verify your identity along with your Social Security number. A driver’s license, passport, military ID, government-issued ID, or school ID card is acceptable.
Medications
A two-week, preferably 30-day, supply of all your medications and supplements in their original prescription bottles and packaging. This will help us identify your current medications and ensure there will be no interruption to your daily doses.
Cigarettes/Vaping Devices
We allow smoking and vaping in our Denver, and Scottsdale locations. Our Dallas location has limited smoking capabilities but we are able to accommodate patients' needs. All cigarettes, chew, and vape supplies must be in original, unopened packaging.
Personal Electronic Devices
Cellphones, tablets, and laptop computers are permitted as long as the use of these devices does not interfere with your detox treatment. We respect our patients’ autonomy, privacy, and discretion and know how helpful it is for you to stay connected to your support system and to be able to handle any business needs during treatment. Secure WiFi is available throughout the facility. Please bring chargers for these devices.
Miscellaneous Items
Bring CPAP machines, walking devices, or any other medically necessary items that you use at home.
Personal Effects
Clothing and toiletries. Please only bring enough clothes for a few days and limit items to one suitcase. Your private room has storage space for these items. We request that you refrain from bringing anything valuable to treatment. Please leave valuables and cash at home.
Other
Outstanding paperwork and payments. The admissions team will try to have all paperwork and finances handled before your arrival, but we know this is not always possible.

Getting to Our Facility

Our admissions team is happy to set up transportation and help you arrive at our facility safely for your admission. It is strongly advised that you do not drive yourself to the facility. Our admissions team will work closely with you to ensure you have proper directions to get to our facility.

Admission Costs

Cost is dependent on length of stay which is determined by your specific needs.

When you call our admissions team, we can do a pre-assessment to get an estimate for the average length of stay with known health conditions.

We work with most insurance companies on an out of network basis

Many clients simply pay direct using card or wire transfer.

There are a select few insurance companies we do have in network coverage with.

Simply call our admission team and we can run a VOB to see which benefits may apply for your stay.
